Update: Well, my namesake didn’t make the cut – finished at +1 for the 2 rounds – and so won’t be playing over the weekend. However, as his best performance so far seems to be 28th (Tied) I guess he’s got a way to go yet.
I was hoping for a sample or two of Peter Allis talking about ‘me’…

A passing comment in an article in today’s Sunday Times is a little unfortunate.
“The Rough Trade plans also echo the strategies that have made Fopp a success”.
A week ago that would have been a reasonable thing to write.
Ooops.
